Need a place to vent? Or a place to learn about resources and share what YOU'VE learned?

Mental Illness is a tough road to travel on alone. A NAMI Family Support Group is confidential, non-judgmental and facilitated by people who've been there and have learned the value of support.

When we meet and where to attend:

NAMI Family to Family Classes

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-week education program, open to adult (18+) family members, significant others or friends of people who live with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. The course is taught by trained family members of people living with mental illness.

Class size is limited and registration is required.
